We accept product returns within 45 days of initial purchase date. All goods must be returned in the original packaging and in resellable condition. At all times possible place your returned item(s) in a larger box and affix the shipping label to the outer package. Upon receipt of your return we will contact you with a confirmation of receipt and either refund of the product or rejection of the return along with the reason the return could not be accepted.
Common reasons for refused returns are listed here:
Item was sent back missing parts
Item was sent back with packaging in poor and unsellable condition
Item was sent back "repackaged" in an unacceptable manner (duct taping packages back together for example).
Package was sent back with address written directly on the item or labels and/or stamps affixed to the actual item (rather than a protective outer box).
Items are damaged in transit back to us. This is of particular concern with paints, resins, liquids, etc. The goods must be received by us in proper condition regardless of whether any damage occurs pre-return or in transit.
